Robert Nusbaum, President + CEO

As the visionary of Berloni America, Rob leads the team at Berloni’s US Headquarters to execute its mission – to build its retail dealer network across the country and to elevate the standard of customer service offered to US customers by Italian kitchen manufacturers.

As the co-founder of New York Carpet World, Rob has over 20 years of experience in retail sales, among other successful business ventures in the luxury real estate industry.

Bill Whitford, Executive VP + COO

Leveraging more than 45 years of retail, wholesale and manufacturing experience, Bill oversees Berloni America’s daily operations, from communications with its dealers across the country to managing sales and marketing initiatives.

Bob Bouwens, VP Operations

Bob oversees logistics and communications between the Berloni factory and its dealer network. With an extensive knowledge of the Berloni product line, Bob works with Berloni in Italy to create products that suit the American lifestyle.

William Oostendorp, VP Sales

Will brings more than 25 years of related experience working in sales, architecture and for cabinet companies including Artcraft and SieMatic. Most recently, he was the Director of Market Development for SieMatic. Oostendorp holds an Associates of Arts Degree in Architectural and Structural Drafting from the Minneapolis Drafting School. Will is also responsible for product dealer education.

Todd Rowe, Dealer Support

Todd has over 20 years of cabinetry design, manufacturing and installation experience. He is well-versed in AutoCAD and 20/20 Design programs and has also worked with various European and European-style lines such as Siematic, Artcraft, Valcucine, and Boffi. Todd utilizes the knowledge he has acquired to assist dealer networks, designers and end-user clientele in achieving their desired completed project.

KATHARINE SPIESS, Dealer Support

With years of experience in the kitchen and bath industry, Katie brings expertise in sales, design and support to Berloni America.  Katie has worked with both domestic and European manufacturers and is skilled in 20/20 design software and AutoCad.  In her role at Berloni America, Katie supports dealers to create stylish and functional kitchen designs.

Maribeth Koss, Executive Assistant

Maribeth is often the helpful voice answering the phone at Berloni America, directing customer service and dealer questions to specific team members. She is also responsible for invoicing, accounts receivable and accounts payable.

Chuck Lester, Technical Support

Chuck provides technical support to customers and Berloni dealers, responsible for shipping, repairs and installations. Chuck has more than 25 years of experience in custom millwork and the cabinet industry.
